You must be 25 years old or over to hire our horsebox.
A security deposit of £195 is held during the hire period, payment of the security deposit secures the date/s required.
You must have a full UK driving licence.
You must fill out our hire form, produce your drivers licence and 2 x copies of proof of address (dated within 3 months) before the hire can commence.
You must not have had more than two convictions with a maximum of 3 points per conviction.
By hiring with us, upon payment of the deposit, you are agreeing to our T&C’s (link below).
Half day hire times, either 7am till 1pm or 1pm till 7pm.
A mileage allowance of 250 miles (per full paid day) or 125 miles (per half paid day) is included with your hire - we charge 45p per mile thereafter.
We do not charge a fee if you wish to collect the horsebox the evening before your hire date (after 7pm and it must be parked securely overnight). Late return will incur a fee.

You may cancel the booking on or before the 14th day prior to the commencement of the hire period and you will receive a full refund.
If you cancel the booking after the 14th day prior to the commencement of the hire period, we will charge you 50% of the total rental fee. We will, however, make reasonable efforts to re-hire the horsebox for all or some of the booked rental term. If we succeed in re-hiring the horsebox, we will charge our admin fee of £25 (to cover our administrative costs arising out of your cancellation).
